Position Overview:

This position is responsible for the troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a variety of Caterpillar equipment in the field.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Solves problems from diagnosis to correction
- Interfaces with customers in the field on service calls in a courteous, business-like manner
- Participates in achieving customer satisfaction and product quality
- Works closely with their peers
- Keeps paperwork current to ensure thorough action on all transactions

Qualifications
- Journeyperson ticket, Red Seal preferred
- Previous Caterpillar and general line equipment repair experience
- Possesses excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and abilities
- Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision
