: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. Consultant who understands the unique needs of small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of bookkeeping, financial practices, and tax regulations, and be comfortable interacting with clients. This role also involves managing our social media presence and assisting with client work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide bookkeeping and financial services using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll.
- Assist with tax preparation and financial planning for clients.
- Manage and create content for RSLV Consulting's social media platforms using Canva.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Business, Accounting, Management or related (in progress education accepted).
- 2+ years experience working in an administrative capacity
- Experience with Canva for social media content creation.




- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to meet with clients in Chatham-Kent and perform some work remotely.

- Work experience and willingness to learn is assessed in absence of education.
