The Role

Enerpro Systems Corp. is looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented full time Junior Accountant to join our team.

The focus of this position is to provide general accounting duties for the corporate account as well as the administration and accounting of our MARS contracts. The primary functions include entering financial transactions, financial report preparation, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Record credit card transactions and reconcile with other financial accounts
- Maintain inventory records and reconciliations
- Obtain and import meter readings into database and send invoices to account holders and/or property managers
- Prepare and send monthly financial reports for manage account properties




- Prepare and send income distributions for managed account properties
- Prepare bank reconciliations for MARS accounts

Key Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience using accounting programs (e.g. Sage Accounting) and MS-Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment
