Job Summary

We are seeking a junior drafter/ estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in drafting software and have a strong background in electrical panel design and system design. Any experience in panel shop estimating is an asset. This position offers the prospect to work on diverse projects and contribute to the development of cutting-edge designs.

Responsibilities

-Prepare estimates for panel shop project

-Follow up with clients on proposals

-Work with customer on requirements, designs and schedules

- Create detailed drawings, schematics, and diagrams using drafting software such as CAD, Eplan.
- Collaborate with team members to develop electrical wiring layouts, panel layouts and logic controller designs
- Assist in the development of system design plans for various projects
- Review and modify drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Utilize tools for project coordination and documentation
- Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions

Qualifications:



-Electrical estimating experience for a panel shop
- Proficiency in drafting software including CAD, Eplan, Bluebeam
- Strong background in electrical design principles and practices
- Familiarity with electrical wiring layouts and logic controllers
- Ability to interpret and create detailed schematics
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
