We’re Hiring – Kitchen Lead

Garvin Barbecue is looking for a Kitchen Lead to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable taking the lead in a busy kitchen, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You don’t need to know everything about barbecue on day one, but solid kitchen experience, a good attitude, and the ability to keep things moving are significant.

As Kitchen Lead, you’ll help with:

- Leading day-to-day kitchen operations
- Food prep, cooking and service
- Keeping quality and consistency on point
- Organizing prep and making sure the kitchen is ready for service
- Helping train and support other team members
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized kitchen
- Assisting with catering orders and events when needed

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate well with the team, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty when things get busy. Kitchen experience is required, and previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
