Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring dishes meet quality standards
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling and hygiene procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately
- Support the cooking team by preparing ingredients and basic menu items under supervision
- Serve food efficiently to guests, ensuring timely and friendly service




- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working environment
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying staff of stock needs

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and meal preparation processes is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues and delivering excellent customer service
