Duties

- Assist with food preparation and cooking to support chefs and kitchen managers
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support serving staff by organizing and delivering prepared meals promptly
- Follow food safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards




- Contribute to a team-oriented team environment focused on delivering excellent food service

Experience

- Must have 2 years of kitchen experience in a sushi restaurant and know how to make tempura.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes is advantageous
- Familiarity with food handling safety practices and hygiene standards is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues and customers
