With 2-3 years of experience in financial services, your responsibilities will include delivering direct support for applications such as Kondor and overseeing Capital Markets products. You'll engage with both internal teams and external users to resolve issues and contribute to project management tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform 1st and 2nd line technical support for trading systems
- Troubleshoot issues and interact with users efficiently




- Participate in project oversight and documentation efforts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to timely project execution and testing Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a relevant financial role
- Experience with KONDOR and live Trading environments
- Understanding of Fixed Income and Capital Markets
- Strong interpersonal skills across project teams
