Concrete Labourer

Rolling Mix Concrete is looking for labourers for the 2026 - 2027 season.

We are looking for a responsible, dependable, and capable Yard Hand to provide basic maintenance, support, and labour on the plant facility.

Essential Functions: Perform general labor throughout the plant Perform basic maintenance on plant equipment as needed.

Assist plant manager with needed tasks and operations

Use of chipper or jackhammer to clean dried concrete from fleet vehicles Transportation of materials and product. Confined Space course may be required.

General housekeeping and yard work Other duties as assigned Requirements: Valid drivers license General construction experience

This position operates outdoor and indoor in a plant environment. Physical Demands The position is physical in nature and requires bending, crawling, crouching, and standing for long periods of time. Materials are heavy and cumbersome. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Job Types: Seasonal, Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
