Overview
Description of the Role
This position supports gypcrete and concrete placement crews on active job sites while also operating and transporting skid steer equipment as required. The successful candidate must be capable of safely operating a skid steer and legally transporting equipment to and from job sites.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist gypcrete and concrete crews with material handling and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and move materials including cement, aggregates, and bagged products.
- Operate skid steer equipment for material movement, site preparation, and cleanup activities.
- Transport skid steer equipment to and from job sites using a company truck and trailer.
- Safely load, secure, and unload equipment in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support mixing, pumping, and placement activities as directed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform general labour and other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience operating a skid steer is preferred.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (mandatory).
- Code 20 Heavy Trailer Endorsement (mandatory).
- Must be legally able to operate a company truck and heavy trailer for transporting skid steer equipment to and from job sites.
- Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and operate skid steer equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting 80 lbs. and standing for long periods.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, outdoor construction environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Mandatory Licensing Requirement: Applicants must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License with a Code 20 Heavy Trailer Endorsement. This requirement is necessary because the successful candidate will drive the company truck and heavy trailer used to transport skid steer equipment to and from job sites. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
