About You: We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a class 5 driver’s license
- Physically fit and ready to take on heavy tasks
- Comfortable operating machinery (or willing to learn)
- 1-2 years of related experience (bonus if you have it)
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Open to feedback and eager to improve
- Clear communicator with teammates and clients
- Able to make decisions confidently
- Takes pride in doing great work
- Keeps a positive attitude, even on tough days
- Sets goals and works hard to achieve them
- Always shows up on time and ready to work
- Takes responsibility for your actions and work

Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $23–$26/hr, based on experience
- Overtime pay after 40hrs
