The Construction Landscape Skilled Labourer is a self-motivated and results driven individual who will assist the Supervisor with directing and leading the organization's hardscape and softscape construction projects.

The Construction Landscape Skilled
Labourer will have knowledge of all facets of construction landscaping. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Critical Success Factors:
- Knowledge of skills and techniques related to hardscape landscape construction.
- Time management and interpersonal communication skills
- High service standards
- First aid and CPR-C
- Familiarity with MOL Book #7
- Strong aptitude for construction and hardscape design and implementation

- Execution of landscape construction projects
- Be part of the support system in training team members with new and acquired skills
- Interpret and be fully versed in quantity take off/interpretation of drawings and associated paperwork, blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to delegate/complete projects.
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of team members providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance as needed.
- Ensure company policies are communicated and that they are followed at all times

- All other tasks as required by the Supervisor
Reporting Relationships: The position Construction Landscape Skilled Labourer reports directly to the Landscape Construction Supervisor.
