Join our energetic Landscape Construction Planting Division as a dedicated Landscape Construction Worker! In this role, you will be an essential part of transforming outdoor spaces by planting, installing, and maintaining landscape features with precision and care. Responsibilities

- Assist in the planting and installation of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape elements according to project plans and specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to prepare sites, install features, and perform finishing tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate placement of landscape components.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met during planting and construction phases.
- Collaborate with team members to execute tasks such as concrete forming, masonry work, stucco application, and hardscape installation.
- Support the setup and operation of equipment for excavation, grading, trenching, and other site preparation activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading,



schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Experience with construction management practices and construction site safety procedures.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, concrete finishing tools, masonry equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems (including schematics), roofing basics, carpentry (including trim carpentry), framing, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, glass installation, cabinet installation, welding, restoration techniques, caulking, plastering, fabrication, masonry work, remodeling projects, painting techniques, and flooring installation.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics for electrical or plumbing systems relevant to landscape features.
- Strong understanding of hardscape elements like pavers or retaining walls as well as softscape planting techniques.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving on-site. Job Type: Seasonal Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
