Sullivan Festeryga LLP is presently recruiting for a Law Clerk with a background in residential real estate.

· Experience and proficiency with Teraview, Unity, and PCLaw

· Managing residential purchase, sale and mortgage files from opening to closing report

· Preparing and filing estate probate applications

· Assisting in the preparation of wills and powers of attorney

· Maintaining and updating corporate minute books, resolutions and various filings using online software

We offer group perks and a salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience.
