Red Bear Lawns & Landscaping is looking for an experienced Maintenance Lead to lead a 2–3 person landscape maintenance crew.

This is a hands-on position. You will work alongside your crew while taking responsibility for the quality, efficiency and completion of the day's work.

Responsibilities

- Lead and organize a 2–3 person maintenance crew
- Lawn cutting, trimming, edging and property cleanup
- Ensure work meets company quality standards
- Train and support crew members
- Operate and care for commercial landscape equipment
- Communicate property or scheduling issues with the office
- Maintain a safe, productive and professional crew

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of landscape/property maintenance experience preferred
- Previous crew leadership experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of professional lawn and landscape maintenance
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Good communication and organizational skills




- Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions in the field
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving abstract is a must
- Experience in hauling trailers and thorough inspection of trailers and trucks
- Able to perform physical outdoor work throughout the season

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example and wants responsibility for their own crew. Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Experience

- Truck and Trailer Driving: 1 year (preferred)
