Role: Lead Java Developer

Location: Toronto(Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

- 8+ years of software development experience, with significant experience in a technical lead capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and modern Java frameworks, such as Spring Boot.
- Robust development experience with Kotlin.
- Proficiency with React and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and performance optimization.
- Experience building and deploying applications using Docker and containerized environments.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring software engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
