We seek individuals with a background in hospitality management and experience at the Assistant Manager or Operations Manager level. Key expertise includes leadership in high-volume environments and ability to inspire diverse teams while managing budgets and operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations of resort food outlets
- Ensure smooth services while addressing guest needs
- Be present on the floor during peak times
- Deliver coaching and performance evaluations to staff
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to maintain food standards Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage roles
- Degree or diploma in a related field
- Food Protected Level 1 certification (Level 2 preferred)
- Certification in Serving it Right
