Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Technology Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves leveraging technology to optimize legal processes and improve efficiency across legal operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain legal tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, select, and implement legal technology tools to streamline contract management, e-discovery, and compliance workflows.
- Provide technical guidance on legal software integration, including AI-driven contract analysis and automation tools.
- Develop and document best practices for legal tech adoption within the organization.
- Train legal teams on the use of new legal technology platforms and workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to legal software and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with legal technology platforms, such as contract lifecycle management (CLM)
or e-discovery software.
- Proficiency in evaluating and integrating AI tools for legal document review and analysis.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and the ability to translate technical solutions into practical applications.
- Experience in training end-users on legal technology tools and systems.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security standards relevant to legal technology.
