Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients through outside sales activities, including retail sales and telemarketing campaigns, to promote insurance products.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual circumstances.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and personalized service.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and expand brand awareness within the community.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing policies, updating client records, and preparing reports.




- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively in multiple languages, including Spanish when applicable.
- Negotiate terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets.

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly in both bilingual (English/Spanish) settings.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience with telemarketing or cold calling techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM software to track leads and customer interactions.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client populations effectively.
- A proactive attitude with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
