Health & Healing is seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse to contribute to a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care. You'll lead in patient assessments, wound care, and health education while promoting a trauma-informed approach. This role allows you to work with a high degree of independence while ensuring all client needs are met effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform patient assessments and triage
- Deliver wound care and footcare services
- Administer medications, both oral and injectable
- Assist with medical procedures in a primary care setting
- Advocate and coordinate health services for clients Requirements:
- Registration with CLPNA required
- CPR certification necessary
- Pass a vulnerable sector check and criminal record check
- Experience with marginalized populations preferred
