This hands-on position involves plumbing, electrical work, plastering, and painting, along with upholding compliance to safety policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance of plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
- Move furniture safely within the Home as needed
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order
- Support special projects like carpet cleaning or painting
- Track maintenance tasks using computerized systems Requirements:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with long-term care building codes
- Must be available for emergency calls
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check
