Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all kitchen operations
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness and quality
- Support meal preparation by organizing ingredients, utensils, and cooking stations for efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with front-of-house staff and kitchen team
- Follow proper serving procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold presentation standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized,



and compliant with health regulations at all times

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience, with a strong understanding of food industry best practices
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Experience in cooking, meal preparation, and food presentation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and serving guests effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
