Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety of dishes
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders




- Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices
- Experience with serving guests directly or working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team
