Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Cook a variety of dishes with precision, attention to detail, and efficiency to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently executing meal preparation tasks




- Follow safety procedures related to cooking equipment and hot surfaces to prevent accidents
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and support a positive work workplace

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
