Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation to ensure timely service
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and dishes
- Support the serving team by ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently




- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and working collaboratively

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
