Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety guidelines
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent service standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with serving guests and supporting a fast-paced restaurant setting is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
