Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items efficiently, ensuring each dish meets quality standards and presentation expectations
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to ensure consistency across all dishes
- Support the food service team by serving guests promptly and courteously during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all food safety protocols,



including proper handling of raw ingredients and temperature controls

Qualifications

- Previous food industry or restaurant experience, particularly in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Experience with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
