Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning food items. Follow recipes and cooking instructions to ensure consistent quality and flavor. Cook food using various methods (e.g.,



grilling, frying, sautéing, baking). Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Ensure proper food storage and handling to prevent spoilage and maintain food safety.
- Kitchen Operations: Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and stocking supplies. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. Adhere to all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations. Follows all systems and checklists provided for their department
- Quality and Service: Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and standards. Present dishes attractively and accurately. Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
