· Experience in Import or Export shipments from booking to final delivery

· Communicates well with manager, co-worker and customers

· Coordinate air and ocean Import shipments and all related tasks

· Accurately prepare all documentation

· Prepare client's accurate and timely billing

· Tracing and tracking of shipment to final destination





· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written

Job Requirements

· College degree in a related field or equivalent is an asset

· Minimum 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding or Shipping industry

· Advanced knowledge of computer literacy, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Fluent English and bilingual in Mandarin is a big plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $49,200.00-$60,000.00 per year
