Duties

- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately
- Rotate, balance, and install tires to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety
- Conduct basic mechanical inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance tasks with precision and safety
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and minor repairs under supervision or independently as skills develop
- Maintain detailed records of services performed for each vehicle




- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and answering questions professionally

Experience

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, and suspension components
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installations or parts handling
- Experience with automotive sales or upselling services is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols
