What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.

The ideal candidate enjoys figuring out how things work and finding practical solutions to problems. You don't need to be an expert in every area of maintenance. We value someone who is willing to learn, follows instructions, works safely, and takes pride in keeping the property in good condition.

Hotel maintenance involves a wide variety of tasks, so flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed are important. You may be working on a guest-room repair one day, helping with preventative maintenance the next, and assisting with exterior or seasonal property upkeep when required.

Compensation

Pay will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and relevant maintenance background.

Candidates with strong maintenance, trades, construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or building-operations experience are encouraged to apply.
