- Maintain strategic relationships with community organizations

- Collaborate with local employers on workforce strategies
- Represent Serco at conferences and sector tables
- Track and report on outreach and partnership efforts Requirements:
- Degree in Community Development or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in workforce development
- Proven ability to cultivate partnerships
- Robust facilitation and presentation skills
