Smiths Group's John Crane Canada unit is seeking a customer service focused professional to assist customers with purchases and repairs of mechanical seals. You will process orders, quote prices after researching applications, and coordinate with engineering, purchasing, assembly, manufacturing and invoicing to ensure accurate, timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing customer service, solid communication skills, and bilingual English/French.
