The Opportunity null
You Will
- Execute customer communication campaigns across EDM, SMS, and App Push based on approved campaign briefs, audience criteria, and schedules.
- Configure basic campaign components in marketing automation platforms, including audience selection, scheduling, triggers, journey steps, and tracking.
- Upload, schedule, update, and maintain digital marketing content and promotional assets across relevant platforms, including banners, campaign images, offers, links, and other customer-facing materials.
- Conduct pre- and post-launch QA checks to ensure campaign content, links, targeting, timing, tracking, and digital placements are accurate and displayed correctly.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, CRM/CDP, and other teams to collect campaign materials and confirm execution requirements.
- Maintain campaign calendars, asset records, execution checklists, naming conventions, and other operational documentation.
- Monitor campaign delivery and basic performance metrics, including open rate, CTR, conversion, and delivery status, and assist with regular reporting.
- Identify execution issues such as broken links, incorrect content, expired promotions, or delivery failures, and escalate when needed. Support A/B testing, audience list maintenance, and other routine marketing automation activities.
You Should Have / Be
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, email marketing, or a related field; internship or co-op experience may be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, CMS, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of EDM, SMS, App Push, digital promotions, and online marketing content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage campaign content, links, schedules, and system configurations.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple routine tasks and deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools. Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn new marketing systems and processes.

Shift 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
