Iconthin Biotech Corp. is a Canadian biotechnology company focused on natural microalgae innovation and wellness research. Astadaily®, our consumer wellness and CPG brand, is dedicated to bringing premium, science-backed astaxanthin supplements to modern consumers across North America.

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to support the continued growth of Astadaily®.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of marketing and is excited to grow with an emerging consumer brand. Your work will primarily focus on day-to-day marketing execution, content creation, social media, and creative support, while also contributing to a variety of marketing projects as our needs evolve.

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, open-minded, quick to learn, and willing to take initiative. You'll have the opportunity to try current things, develop new skills, and take on greater responsibilities as you grow with the brand.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns

Create and coordinate content for social media and other digital channels

Create simple, polished graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools

Edit short-form videos, photos, and other creative content for marketing use

Help keep social media and digital brand channels active, consistent, and up to date

Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional and brand materials

Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and content research when needed

Stay current with social media trends, digital marketing trends, and emerging creative tools

Experiment with AI and other tools to improve marketing efficiency and content creation

Coordinate and follow up on day-to-day marketing tasks to help keep projects moving

Support other marketing and creative projects as needed as the brand continues to grow

What We're Looking For

Marketing, content, social media,



or related experience is preferred

Good understanding of social media and digital content

Comfortable creating simple, polished marketing materials using Canva or similar tools

Basic photo and short-form video editing skills

Good visual sense and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities

Quick learner who is comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and skills

Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to take on different types of work

Resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independently

Proactive and willing to take initiative rather than waiting for detailed instructions

Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions

Interest in wellness, beauty, CPG, or consumer brands is an asset

Additional graphic design, photography, video, or AI content creation skills are an asset

Mandarin is an asset
