Remi’s Mechanical isn’t your typical plumbing and mechanical contractor.

For over 30 years, we’ve built our business in Calgary by solving the problems that commercial property owners and managers need handled properly — from everyday mechanical service to complex underground repairs and emergency response.

Our team works across commercial plumbing and heating, mechanical service, drain and sewer systems, water and sewer excavation, underground utilities, fire hydrant services, preventative maintenance and underground construction projects.

That variety means our people aren't doing the same job every day. One project may involve troubleshooting a mechanical system in a commercial building; the next could involve coordinating an emergency water-main repair, excavation, engineers, City inspectors and a challenging underground installation.

We’re locally owned, safety focused and continuing to grow. We’ve built long-term relationships by responding when our customers need us, solving difficult problems and taking ownership of the work from start to finish.

Remi’s Mechanical is growing our mechanical service and underground utility repair in Calgary, and we’re looking for an experienced:

Project Manager – Mechanical & Underground Construction

We’re looking for someone who understands construction beyond a schedule and a spreadsheet.

Someone who can walk onto a site, understand what’s happening, work with the crew and solve problems — and then confidently sit across the table from a customer, consultant, engineer or inspector and represent the company.

Our work includes commercial mechanical construction, underground water and sewer, excavation, utility repairs and infrastructure replacement.

Sometimes the drawings don’t match what’s actually underground.

Sometimes conditions change.

Sometimes the original plan simply isn’t going to work.

That’s where experience and judgment matter.

You’ll have ownership of projects from startup through closeout, including field coordination, customer communication, scope, schedule, costs, change orders and project performance.

And you’ll have direct access to company leadership and an opportunity to help shape where our construction operation goes next.

Our work involves excavation, heavy equipment, underground utilities and active commercial properties.





Safety comes before production, schedule and convenience.

We want someone who believes doing the job safely is simply part of doing the job right.

Compensation

$90000–$115,000 base salary

Plus

- Performance bonus

You might already be a Project Manager.

You might be an experienced Coordinator, Estimator Superintendent or Site Supervisor who’s ready for more.

Your background could be mechanical, plumbing, civil, underground utilities, water and sewer, excavation or site servicing.

A trade background is a strong asset.

What matters most is that you understand construction, understand people, understand the numbers and take ownership of the outcome.
