We are seeking a professional and personable Skincare Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional guest services. This role begins leaning more heavily on administration and inventory.

Responsibilities

- Front desk duties such as guest check-in, appointment scheduling, and answering client inquiries
- Organize clinic space
- Book and triage appointments for clinicians using Jane Software
- Assist with in and outbound skincare deliveries




- Provide personalized skincare recommendations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and new treatments through product demos and advice
- Deliver exceptional guest services to ensure a welcoming and relaxing workplace
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training
- Use google workplace , excel and Jane software

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
