The Role

We’re seeking a Medical Assistant who shares our appreciation for precision, craftsmanship, and meaningful client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined, low-volume environment where quality matters more than speed, and where every interaction is an opportunity to elevate someone’s vision.

What You’ll Do

- Support optometrists during examinations with accuracy, professionalism, and warmth
- Guide clients through pre-testing using modern diagnostic tools
- Maintain an organized, serene clinic environment that reflects our appointment-based model




- Manage scheduling and client communications with grace and clarity
- Contribute to a culture of expertise, curiosity, and continuous learning

Who You Are

- Detail-oriented, calm, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Drawn to environments where craftsmanship, design, and heritage matter
- Comfortable learning technical skills and using diagnostic equipment
- A solid communicator who values education and personalized care
- Experience in optometry or optical retail is an asset, but a passion for the craft is just as important
