Shop offers items for all our amenities with sports and casual wear, golf equipment, and tennis equipment to name just a small selection of the items available for purchase.

The position:

The Locker Room & General Attendant provides a high level of service to members in the Clubhouse’s respective Men’s Locker Rooms. This individual is responsible for overseeing the linens, managing locker combinations and general cleanliness of the Locker Rooms. The Locker Room & General Attendant will provide friendly and attentive service to Members and their guests.

DUTIES:

- Responsible for cleaning and organizing lockers on a regular basis; remove any abandoned items, sweep the floors, and ensure that the lockers are in good condition.
- Ensure that the locker rooms are well-stocked with supplies like towels, soap, and toiletries.
- Responsible for monitoring the locker room facility to ensure that it is safe and secure; report any maintenance issues or security concerns to Management.
- Assist Members with finding lockers and answer questions about the Club and its services.




- Maintain the cleanliness of the locker room and its facilities.
- Greet Members, provide directions, and handle complaints.
- Other duties as assigned by Management or Supervisors

Supervision Received Reports to and receives functional direction from the Maintenance Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor and Member Service Supervisor.

SKILLS / JOB KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Positive communication skills in English
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in a hospitality setting is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with attention to detail

HOURS OF WORK:

- Varying work schedule to include mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business required
