For full-time, permanent Mental Health Consultants, recruitment bonuses include: $3,000 on start date, $3,000 at 6 months of service, $5,000 at 1 year of service and $7,000 at 2 years of service. The Mental Health Consultants will also get a $10/hour tier one premium.
