You Will

- Coordinate and assign daily work to the Merchandising Data Team and follow up on completion.
- Create, update, and maintain product and related data in SAP.
- Review data maintenance work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
- Use Excel to reconcile and analyze data and prepare reports.
- Process data maintenance requests and resolve data discrepancies or errors in SAP.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure established data maintenance procedures and workflows are followed.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.

You Should Have / Be

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product data management, merchandising administration, retail administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data reconciliation. (Excel skills test required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.




- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading, training, or providing guidance to team members is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.

Shift 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
