Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a M&A; Attorney to work on a contract basis. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating merger and acquisition agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and advising on transaction structure and compliance. The role requires expertise in corporate law with a focus on cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate merger and acquisition agreements, letters of intent, and ancillary documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence on target companies to identify risks and liabilities.
- Advise on transaction structure, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Provide legal support for post-merger integration and corporate restructuring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.




- Active membership in a state bar association with at least 3 years of M&A; experience.
- Robust drafting and negotiation skills in corporate and transactional law.
- Experience with cross-border transactions and familiarity with international legal frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
