Mildenhall Montessori Schools is seeking an extraordinary Middle School Teacher/Adolescent Guide for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.

This is a permanent, full time position starting in late August 2025, working with students aged 12 to 14 years old in our Middle School program.

We are seeking an individual who is legally able to work in Canada and who holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field. OCT (Ontario College of Teachers) certification and/or Montessori certification from a recognized, accredited Montessori training institute (MACTE accreditation preference) is required.

This position requires experience with and a positive rapport with this specific age group, strong organizational and team work skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills,



and an ability to communicate positively and openly with parents.
