Substitute Office Support Staff

Position: Substitute office support staff are required to work in St. Albert, Morinville and Legal schools and administration offices.

Qualifications & Duties:

- Committed to being a model and witness to Christ-centered education values and beliefs.
- Apply foundational knowledge about First Nations,



Métis and Inuit for the benefit of all students, and support the Division's goals towards advancing Truth and Reconciliation.
- Complete or partial completion of MacEwan University Office Assistant Program or equivalent post - secondary training.
- Experience working in an office setting.
- Familiarity with phone switchboard would be an asset.
- Familiarity with computer systems (Mac preferred) would be an asset.
- Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) would be an asset.
- French Immersion training/experience is considered an asset.
