Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Coffee Truck Driver & Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full time, permanent position operating a mobile coffee and food truck along an established route in Brampton and surrounding work sites.

The role involves safely driving the truck, serving customers, handling payments, keeping the truck clean and organized, and providing friendly, efficient service throughout the day. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, and enjoys interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

- Pick up the coffee truck each morning from the designated home location and return it there at the end of the shift.
- Drive to the supplier each morning to pick up the food, drinks, and snacks needed for the day.
- Safely drive the coffee truck along a designated daily route and arrive at scheduled stops on time.
- Begin the customer route at approximately 8:05 AM, with the final stop typically around 1:15 PM.
- Serve coffee, drinks, snacks, and prepared food items to customers.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide efficient service.
- Accurately handle cash, debit, credit, and other approved payment methods.
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout the shift.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Complete basic opening and closing duties for the truck.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the business positively at customer locations.
- Follow all driving, workplace safety, and food service requirements.

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario G driver's licence.
- Clean driving record.
- Clean police record.




- Must meet the requirements necessary to obtain any required licence or certification for serving food from the truck.
- Previous customer service, food service, delivery, route sales, or driving experience is an asset.
- Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple customer orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Must be comfortable driving a larger commercial-style vehicle.

Schedule

- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday
- Typical hours are approximately 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Each morning includes picking up the truck, collecting food and supplies from the supplier, and preparing for the route before the first stop at approximately 8:05 AM.
- The final customer stop is typically around 1:15 PM, after which the truck is returned to the designated home location.
- Hours may vary slightly depending on the day.

Pay

- Employees are paid weekly in cash.

We are looking for someone dependable who can build positive relationships with our regular customers and help provide consistent, friendly service each day. Pay: $500.00 per week
