Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment, developing lesson plans, and fostering a love of learning in children.

Duties

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum guidelines
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess and evaluate children progress to provide constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents, and colleagues
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of children attendance, grades, and performance

Requirements

- Casa Montessori Teacher Training, MACTE or RECE with Casa Montessori teaching background
- Proven experience as a Teacher or in a similar role
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate children
- Knowledge of educational technology tools and techniques

Nice-to-Have Skills





- Experience children and families with diverse multicultural background
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction strategies
- Proficiency in a second language as asset, especially French

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person Salary: $25.00-$30.00/hour depending on the candidate qualifications.

Start Date: July or August start date preferred.

This is a permanent, full-time position. Candidate must be available to work a shift between the hours of 7:00-6:00, the hours of operations of our school.
