Lead the marina as a Dock Supervisor at Moutcha Bay Resort with Nootka Marine Adventures. Ensure high-quality guest experiences, manage staff, and maintain safety protocols. As a Dock Supervisor, your primary focus will be overseeing daily operations, including leading guest services and supervising staff during the busy season.

You will work closely with the Assistant Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and an exceptional experience for guests who visit the marina. Your leadership will be vital in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead guest welcome procedures and issue resolution
- Supervise staff scheduling and performance feedback
- Oversee retail sales and marina operations management
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements
- Manage rental fleet operations and dock maintenance Requirements:
- At least 2 years of marina experience required
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- PCOC and ROC-M certifications required
