About Code Ninjas

Code Ninjas is the world's largest and fastest-growing coding school for kids. At our Richmond centre, children ages 5–14 learn coding by building video games in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

Our promise is simple

Kids have fun. Parents see results.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, energetic, and customer-focused Centre Coordinator & Family Advisor to become the face of our Richmond centre.

This is much more than a front desk position. You'll be the first impression for every family who visits our centre while helping parents choose the best program for their child, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and supporting our instructors as a Code Sensei when needed.

If you love working with children, enjoy building relationships with families, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to meet you.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role is measured by delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with families, maintaining smooth day-to-day centre operations, and helping prospective students enroll in our programs.

If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, staying organized, and making a positive impact on children's education, you'll thrive in this role.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage, plus a performance-based commission structure that rewards you for helping new families enroll in our programs.

If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping families find the right educational program for their child,

you'll have the opportunity to increase your earnings while making a meaningful impact on children's lives.
