Duties

- Perform detailed Russian manicure and pedicure treatments, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and high-quality results
- Provide additional services such as body waxing and nail enhancements to meet client needs and preferences
- Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance, and aftercare to promote healthy nails and skin
- Engage in upselling retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by disinfecting tools, workstations, and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client requests, offering skilled advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere




- Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products that align with clients’ beauty goals

Skills

- Proven experience in Russian manicure and pedicure techniques with attention to precision and cleanliness
- Strong knowledge of nail care practices, sanitation protocols, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to perform body waxing services confidently when required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products naturally while focusing on customer satisfaction
- Exceptional customer service skills that foster loyalty and repeat business
