Drive operational excellence on Novisto's ESG platform as an Operations Specialist. Your expertise will help structure and validate critical ESG data for improved client experience. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams including Customer Success and Engineering to enhance the functionality and accuracy of ESG data management.

You will tackle complex configuration issues while serving as a reliable point of reference for internal stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of platform operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and structure ESG data for operational tasks
- Digitize ESG standards within the platform for integrity
- Conduct quality checks on data to ensure correctness
